Mechanism

A controlled-release engine, granule by granule.

UREGOLD (PNP Coated Urea) initiates a series of beneficial processes that deliver nutrients in a controlled, plant-aligned way.

Patented Coating Process

Urea, encapsulated in a bioactive PNP shell.

Each high-purity urea granule is uniformly encapsulated with a proprietary potassium nitrophenolate (PNP) coating. The shell protects the nitrogen core from premature loss while delivering bioactive potassium and nitrophenol on contact with soil moisture.

  • Pharmaceutical-grade blending

2-PNP, 4-PNP and 5-PNP blended at calibrated ratios for balanced bio-stimulation.

  • Uniform encapsulation

Multi-stage drum coating ensures a defect-free, evenly thick PNP shell on every granule.

  • Quality-controlled

Each batch validated by HPLC purity tests and release-rate assays before dispatch.

Release
Sustained ~150–200 days
  1. STAGE 01

    Moisture activation

After application, the PNP coating begins absorbing moisture from the atmosphere and the soil — the trigger that starts the controlled release.

  2. STAGE 02

    Dissociation

The compound dissociates into its fundamental components: potassium and nitrophenol, made instantly available to the plant.

  3. STAGE 03

    Bio-stimulation

Potassium powers enzyme activation, photosynthesis and protein synthesis. Nitrophenol breaks seed dormancy and drives early, uniform germination.

  4. STAGE 04

    Sustained nitrogen release

The remaining urea releases gradually, providing a steady nitrogen supply over weeks — reducing leaching and maximizing uptake efficiency.

The result

Plants receive a consistent supply of nitrogen, potassium and growth-promoting nitrophenol — reducing the risk of nutrient leaching, improving nutrient use efficiency, and supporting sustainable, higher-yielding farming.
